Key Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct risk assessment, audits, and inspection to identify potential hazards.
- Design and implement safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Investigate incident and near-mess, implement corrective action.
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate HSE into daily operation.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety culture.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Ensure environmental compliance and sustainability.
Role Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HSE Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Professional certification( e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001).
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulation, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HSE policies, procedures and processes.
- Good ability to conduct hazard identification, risk mitigation and control.
- Good understanding of HAZOP methodology and analysis.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ISO 14001 (Enviromental Management) and ISO 9001(Quality Management)
- Familiarity with manufacturing process and equipment.
- Knowledge of ergonomics and occupational health.
