Quality Management System
Quality management System is the act of overseeing all activities which including planning, setting objectives and assigning tasks that must be accomplished to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement.
Our Quality Management System identifies elements incorporated in our Quality management system to enable us to operate effectively and to provide evidence of compliance to our clients quality requirements including contractual /legal requirements.
Quality Plan
The Quality Plan identifies the responsibilities of personnel charged with specific tasks along with the organization structure that identify the structure of the project team and the reporting route of each individual. The Quality Plan is aimed at achieving our Clients satisfaction by consistently providing services that is in conformity to the technical and quality requirements of all Project Phases and meeting or exceeding our Clients project quality requirements through application of our developed quality management system, including continuous improvement and the prevention of non-conformities.

Quality Policy
Quality objectives
Quality objectives are measurable goals relevant to enhancing customer satisfaction and are consistent with the quality policy. These objectives are established when planning our Quality Management System. Our quality objective is aimed at achieving the following:
- Our deliverables must meet comply with Clients contractual specification, government regulation & status including relevant industry standard.
- That the documentation of objective evidence of conformance to requirements is shall be maintained and recorded for the purpose of continuous improvement.
- The Quality Assurance personnel performing activities affecting quality shall have sufficient knowledge, authority and access to work areas and organizational freedom to prevent and identify quality problems. They shall also initiate, recommend and provide solutions to quality problems through designated channels, and verify implementation of solutions.
- The Project Manager has the authority and responsibility for the overall management and implementation of the Quality Assurance System as described in the Quality Plan.
- The authority to verify the implementation of the Quality Plan related to all our work activities.
- The QA/QC Manager is responsible for assuring that the requirements established in the Plan are completely adhered to.
